Over seven years ago, we had a vision to create a space that celebrated Spanish-Texan culture and pay homage to the early artisans and craftsman who established the missions centuries ago in San Antonio, Texas. With a launch of the business in 2019 under Mission Shoppe, Mission Crafts Chandlery has evolved into creating artisanal soy candles inspired by our beloved World Heritage Sites (San Antonio Missions) and South Texas landscape. Each scent featured in our exclusive candle collections was carefully crafted by a selective process of blending high-quality essential and fragrance oils to produce one-of-a-kind recipes that create unique olfactive experiences for customers. As an authentic niche Fragrance Haus, the Chandlery produces on a small batch level with limited distribution.
As a significant component to executing our vision, Mission Crafts Chandlery partners with other local artisans and together we create beautiful, distinctive mission inspired gifts to allow everyone the opportunity to enjoy truly unique items that represent San Antonio's colorful heritage. We are happy to announce that what had started as a hobby in our founder's kitchen has grown more than we could have ever imagined and Mission Crafts Chandlery has moved into a brick mortar! On June 18th, we welcome all to partake in our Grand Opening with Ribbon Cutting at our shop located at 2915 Roosevelt Ave. San Antonio, Texas 78214 with festivities starting at 1:00p.m.
